If a tournament, campaign or feature is open to users under 18, we may require parental or guardian consent, age-appropriate messaging, additional moderation controls, or restrictions on visibility, communications, rewards or activation features.

Where required, we will seek parental responsibility consent for younger children and will make reasonable efforts to verify that consent.

Some profile details, submissions, leaderboards, rankings, team affiliations, campaign outputs or tournament results may be visible to other users or to the public, depending on the settings, the feature and the tournament format.

Where public/private controls are available, you are responsible for managing them. However, some information may still need to be processed internally by Planet League and relevant partners for moderation, safeguarding, fraud prevention, reporting or legal compliance.

If you upload content to a public gallery, public profile, leaderboard, tournament page or campaign showcase, that content may be viewed, shared or reposted by others. Please think carefully before making content public.

8. Sharing personal data

We may share personal data, where lawful and appropriate, with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers that host, support or secure the Platform, such as cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, storage, moderation support, customer support, email delivery or other technical providers.
  • Relevant tournament and campaign partners, such as clubs, federations, brands, broadcasters, event organisers, schools, communities or other partner organisations involved in delivering or supporting a tournament or campaign.
  • Prize providers, venues, logistics providers or fulfilment partners where needed to administer rewards, experiences or promotions.
